Land ho! ⚓ All hands on deck!

It’s time to rig up the ship and get everything set for camp! All volunteers serving at VBS should join us for this mandatory and important meeting. We will discuss guidelines for working with minors, details about the in's and out's of how camp will operate, decorate our rooms, and finish the set.

Join us June 2nd–7th from 10AM–3PM as we build and decorate for this year’s VBS adventure, Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus!

This is where the magic happens—turning our spaces into an immersive, high-energy experience for kids. Whether you can come for a day or just a few hours, we’d love your help painting, building, organizing, and bringing the theme to life.

No special skills required—just a willingness to jump in and be part of something impactful!

Help us get ready for an amazing week of VBS by donating individually wrapped snacks and water bottles!

Donations can be dropped off in the black bins in the church foyer. Please avoid any items containing nuts.

We’re looking to borrow sailing and pirate-themed items to transform our space for VBS!

Ideas of Items We Are Looking For:
Pirate/Sailor costumes, boots, ship items, scrap wood/pallet wood, barrells, rope, fake foam swords, treasure chest (trunk), large fake rocks, fake plants/trees, sheets to make sails (black and whitish/tan), helm, spyglass, compass, fishing nets, chains, ancor, small wood boat, large driftwood, wood ladders, tiki torches, fake gold/gems, inflatable shark, kraken tentacles, flags, fog machine, goblets, etc.!

It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you've lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you've probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you've never faced before.

GriefShare groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life.

You are welcome to start attending our GriefShare group at any point. Each session is "self-contained," so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will be able to pick up any sessions you missed in our 13-week cycle.
